These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jljlok platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of jljlok, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jljlok ("jljlok," "we," "us," "our"). 1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the jljlok platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced by jljlok. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. jljlok is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use jljlok:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jljlok. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlok login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. jljlok will never request your password through any channel.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jljlok immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. jljlok shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). jljlok is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with jljlok's KYC procedures, including providing government-issued identification documents when requested.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jljlok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jljlok account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jljlok's cashier team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the jljlok cashier section. jljlok reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal. jljlok may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the jljlok account holder.
4.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your jljlok account using any payment method that does not belong to you. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on jljlok in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 jljlok may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jljlok reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free credits that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 jljlok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on jljlok use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from professional studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jljlok or any player.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jljlok's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.
6.3 Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jljlok will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to your account balance.
6.4 jljlok reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a technical error, software malfunction, or human error, including but not limited to incorrect odds or payout calculations.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljlok platform:
7.2 jljlok reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.
8.1 All content on the jljlok platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of jljlok or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jljlok platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jljlok content.
8.3 The jljlok name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jljlok. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 jljlok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jljlok, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 jljlok implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and jljl ok cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure.

10.1 jljlok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
10.2 jljlok provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

11.1 jljlok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
11.2 You may close your jljlok account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.3 jljlok shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension is carried out in accordance with these Terms.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jljlok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jljlok platform.
12.2 jljlok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljlok account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jljlok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use jljlok at your own risk.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jljlok shall first be submitted to jljlok's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
13.3 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of jljlok must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
14.1 jljlok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljlok will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the jljlok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
